Problem running code (Problems with new version?)

Hi, since of yesterday simple code snippets like "gt.random_graph(10, lambda: 5)" do not work anymore. I'm using Python 2.7 and get the following error message "TypeError: must be type, not classobj". Any ideas? Best regards, Chris

Computing k-disks fast

Hello, given an undirected, unweighted graph and a vertex v, I want to compute the k-disk around v, i.e. the induced subgraph of vertices at a distanst at most k from v. Of course, this can be easily be done by a variation of BFS or DFS. Is it possible do use graph_tool.search.bfs_search in some way for this? Best regards, Chris ||

Arbitrary vertex indices in an edge lsit

I have a dataset in which the indeces of the vertices are arbitrary (i.e. the highest index is much higher than the number of vertices) If I use the add_edge_list( ) function to construct the graph there are vertices for each index between 0 and the highest occurring index in my dataset. Is there any way to avoid all these unnecessary vertices? I have noticed that graph-tool can be used to find shortest paths. I wonder can I use graph-tool to find paths with specific path length?? I am trying to plot a graph of websites but the names are long. and the plot is not good i want to number each site and then beside the picture name which number is for which site. could help me how to do it?
