Not yet. Graph-tool is being extensively redesigned as fully-fledged python module (as opposed to a stand-alone command line tool) -- see the no-conversions branch in git for more details. This will allow more finely tuned calculations such as this. But a release will take some time, since I'm quite busy with other things at the moment.
