[graph-tool] Edges of plot as a vertex

Greetings I'd like to plot a graph where the edges around the plot represent a specific vertex. Lacking a better example think of it as a spherical panoramic photography where the edges of the picture are a single point. Might that that be possible with graph-tool (any graph tool)? Thanks! Ito
