I was actually thinking about the include files, which should lie in
/usr/include. But if you have a default install of the boost package,
there is no reason to suppose things are wrongly installed.

I have currently no explanation for this... Could you please send me the
following files from your system:

/usr/include/boost/graph/filtered_graph.hpp
/usr/include/boost/graph/reverse_graph.hpp
