Thanks, I got it setup. The memory usage is now about 2~GB! I was testing with a smaller graph and I noticed the sweeps are much slower with multiflip. Is this a fundamental tradeoff between speed and memory usage, or is there some setting to make it faster? Thanks On Tue, Feb 11, 2020 at 6:11 AM Felix Victor Münch <felix.v.muench@gmail.com> wrote:

Is that a typical amount of memory usage or did I do something wrong? If it's normal, is there any way for me to work around this such that I can run it on my computer _______________________________________________ graph-tool mailing list graph-tool@skewed.de https://lists.skewed.de/mailman/listinfo/graph-tool
